All plots on the development will be sold on a freehold basis. Owing to the approved drainage layout, the road and sewers are likely to remain private for a period of years. From that point on until adoption takes place, the management company for the development known as Treetops Management Company (South Kirkby) Limited will implement a service charge of £120 per annum per plot which will fund ongoing road and sewer maintenance on the development.
